At Tri-Cities Tribe Fitness, we developed our Small Group Training Programs with research in mind. According to the University of Colorado Boulder, there are several benefits of Small Group Training (SGT), such as motivation, support, and increased fun. These benefits support the goals and objectives we have for our members, and we want everyone who is a member of our Tribe to realize these benefits every time they step foot into our facility.
